1. What is DOW?
Dow is a family friendly transportation service dedicated to the safety and well-being of your child. We provide morning, afternoon, evening, and door to door service. We offer flexible hours to fit the needs of your busy family.
2. How is DOW different from other rideshare companies like Uber and Lyft?
DOW genuinely gets to know each child. The driver doesn’t leave the drop off area until your child is safely inside his/her destination.
DOW provides fun daily learning activities that promotes a more comfortable and social environment. DOW offers texting services as to when your child is picked up and dropped off.

Dow has many different payment options depending on your child needs of transportation.

1. Do you fingerprint your drivers?
Yes each driver must submit to a criminal background, child abuse clearance, clean driving record, drug screening and must be CPR certified.
2. Are the driver’s vehicles inspected?
All vehicles used by DOW are maintenance every 3 months to make sure that they remain in good condition and repair.
3. What is included in the inspection?
Engine and transmission, make sure all fluids are filled, lights and signals are in working order, doors open and close properly, and tire thread and good air pressure.
4. What if my child needs a booster seat?
Booster seats and car seats are provided and enforced if your child requires one.
5. What are DOW’s safety rules for kids?
Kids must remain seated at all times while the vehicle is in motion. Kids will board and depart the vehicle once it comes to a complete stop.
Kids must wear seatbelts at all times. No fighting, bullying or throwing items inside of van. No hanging out of the windows. All body parts must remain inside of vehicle.
6. How old my child should be to use DOW?
We transport children from the ages of 3 to 17.
